Annika Sorenstam shocked everyone Tuesday when she announced that she will retire from competitive golf at the end of this LPGA year. Sorenstam was nearly unrivaled for several years on the LPGA tour but has decided to spend more time on other ventures including her upcoming marriage. Lesbian Sports
I've not kept up with "women" sports since the days of Billy Jean King and the other lesbian tennis star. Anyway, is women's golf still primarily a place for lesbian athletes to find happiness?
I noticed the "gals" at the big tournament in Tulsa a couple weeks ago kept stopping the clocks on my living room wall everytime they appeared on the TV screen. Is it mandatory all pro lady golfers have to not only be lesbian but also be extremely homely? I apologize if any of my words seem cutting or offend anyone, I'm just wondering if any heterosexual women are starting to get into golf.
