Father-Daughter Fishing Adventure

I had big lawn-mowing plans for Saturday afternoon when my 4-year-old daughter, Sierra, turned to me and said, "Daddy, can you take me fishing?"

That's just an opportunity I can't refuse.

On a Scooby-doo fishing pool with 20lbs test and hotdog bait, she caught this stunning backyard catfish. Granted, I helped her reel it in, but it's her fish.

After posing triumphantly for pictures, she and Daddy put the fish back in the pond.

I had a very enjoyable time at the pond, as you may imagine.
