We got the following memo yesterday on our official KRMG email -

To follow suit with the rising costs all around us... next week the candy bars and pastries will have a .05 increase in the vending machines. The vending company received an increase from their suppliers therefore we have an increase as well. So, the candy bars will be .75 and the pastries will be .85

They did give me another possible increase - the bottled drinks may go up in the near future, not sure. Will keep you posted on that.

This increase is certainly indicative off all the rises prices of goods and services we've seen in the past few months.

Diesel prices are up another .10-cents this morning, so price increases on good and services will continue.

Fortunately for me, I have never bought any food out of our vending machines. But, we all obviously buy food somewhere and we're all paying much more for it.

I've changed my household budgets this week to contend with the rising prices.
