Snakes in a backyard, Part II

I was able to get a better picture of one of the snakes that has been frequently seen in our neighborhood lately. I'm feeling pretty comfortable that this snake type is non-poisonous.
Yet, there are some other snakes I've yet to photograph.
The picture below, of our twins Hudson and Brooks, illustrates my concern about snakes in my community.
