This speech coming from a man who was raised by a single mother?! Does he not realize that the Democratic Party is responsible for destruction of the family unit? Its programs over recent decades offering financial assistance to single mothers has replaced the need for a father in a home. The govt. cannot put pride and responsibility into a black father. His own community must do that. I suppose Mr. Obama wants to pour more money into the same programs that have caused disaster in the past. It’s the Democratic way.

Its welfare programs and handouts to single mothers have replaced the need for a father. The government CANNOT replace a responsible father, I suppose he's just now figuring that out. But he is wanting to throw more money to mothers to "fix" this problem. Give me a break!
