KRMG Series - "Germ Proof Your Kids"
With Tulsa Public Schools students heading back to class this week and thousands of other Green Country students heading back within the next few weeks, KRMG's Joe Kelley takes a closer look at the inevitable spread of germs.

This week, you'll hear the expertise and wisdom of Dr. Harley Rotbart, MD.
As experts on germs go, Dr. Rotbart wrote the book on it.
Literally.
- Monday: In part one of the three-part series, Rotbart addresses the common ways in which returning students will spread infectious germs (and ways to prevent it) and whether or not the fizzy orange tablets that have created such an Internet (and Oprah) sensation really have any impact on preventing colds spread by germs.
Hear the first segment in this three-part series. - Tuesday: In part two, Dr. Rotbart examines the national distress we've seen with regards to germs spread on fruits and vegetables and whether we've grown over concerned about our kids coming into contact with germs.
Hear the second segment in this three-part series.
- Wednesday: In the conclusion, Dr. Rotbart discusses the reality of everyday objects with which we come into contact - ATM machines, grocery handles, phones, etc.
Hear the third and final segment in this series.
