CRIME:Students at Memorial High School in Tulsa this morning will be wanded with metal detectors following the discovery of a handgun in a locker on Friday.
Another Tulsa Bank Robbery: 1pm Saturday @ Bank of the West near 21st and Lewis (near Utica Square) - robber threatened to shoot customer in back is not given money. Suspect took money and ran away. No arrests.
President Obama declares H1N1 a National Emergency over the weekend. Health care responders can respond faster and remove some red tape.
