  • Tulsa Police officer "seriously injured" early Sunday morning as woman runs red light at 71st and Harvard and officer T-bones her. She was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI.
  • Tulsa World Poll:
    Dewey Bartlett: 40%
    Tom Adelson: 32%
    Mark "Polls indicates I'm in a great position to win this election" Perkins: 14%
    Don't know/refused: 13%
  • Election Day tomorrow in Tulsa - Mayor, 6 city council seats, city auditor and 3 charter amendments to be decided.
  • Voters who want to cast in-person absentee ballots still can do so at the County Election Board office at 555 north Denver today from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • US House passes health reform Saturday night, including public option. OK's Blue Dog Representative Dan Boren voted "NO," as did the rest of our House delegation.
  • Two men shot to death in home invasion late Saturday night in far north Tulsa.
  • Man stabbed to death at McLain High School 1977 reunion late Saturday night. Suspect has turned himself in.
  • Late-season Hurricane Ida (downgraded to Cat 1) to come ashore on Florida panhandle tonight.
  • 1-year-old baby girl mauled by family pit bull Friday afternoon. The baby reportedly got between the dog and his food dish during feeding time. Neighbors report that the dog had been chained to a tree continuously and had terrorized the neighborhood.
  • Veteran's Day Wed - parade in downtown Tulsa - the 5th largest in the US.
  • Think it's tough getting out of Jenks in the morning now with construction on Elm? Crews will begin work to eliminate the stoplight at Highway 75 and 111th Street today. Contractors will build an overpass that will divert 111th traffic over 75. It will cost $12 million and should be finished within a year.
  • Pedestrian hit by semi on HWY169 at 41st street in the overnight hours.
  • The 3 remaining unemployed rookie cops have all been offered jobs with Tulsa Airport Police and Tulsa Public Schools. Still no word on whether or not they'll accept the jobs.
  • Dewey Bartlett and Tom Adelson will all join the KRMG Morning News Monday morning ahead of Tuesday's Election Day.
