
For his 18th year supporting Operation Aware with KRMG Radio, Rick Couri will go to River Parks June 1-3. Rick's goal is to raise $50,000 for the programs of Operation Aware. This year's fund-raising event will include promoting character values as positive life choices.
Rick will repainting many of the storm sewer covers along Riverside Drive between 11th and 61st streets, with more than forty character words. With a donation to Operation Aware, everyone is welcome to join Rick and paint his/her hand print on the character word of their choice.

Years of dedication to the mission of Operation Aware. Years of sweat, tears and hard work. From sitting in every seat at Skelly Stadium to scuba diving to building a barrier against drugs, Rick Couri, News Talk 740 KRMG radio personality, shows his commitment and support of Operation Aware's mission. Each spring, Rick Couri creatively embarks on a new adventure to raise funds for Operation Aware. Each time, Rick dedicates three days of service to encourage the Tulsa community to re-dedicate its commitment to drug prevention and our children. Through the support of Rick Couri and the Tulsa community, we have raised more than $900,000 since 1987!
