Mike is the founder of Idea Gateway, an entrepreneurial resource network for consulting, start up coaching, and business development. Idea Gateway creates new companies and occassionally evaluates opportunities developed by outside sources.

With more than 20 years of experience moving businesses from start up to marketable positions, Mike has a proven record as a business development specialist.

In addition to Idea Gateway, Mike is a co-owner of Minnesota-based Premier Card Solutions, the largest plastic data card manufacturing company in the U.S. with annual domestic sales topping $100 Million in 2008. Mike spent 10 years in Oklahoma City where he established Lucas Color Card. With only $480 in start up cash, Mike went on to develop Lucas into a $12 Million enterprise. Lucas Color Card has won the Oklahoma City Metro 50 Award for being one of the Top 50 growth companies in 2003, 2004, & 2006.

In 2008, Mike returned to Oklahoma to start Idea Gateway. He attended the University of Kansas where he received his B.S. in Cognitive Psychology. He earned his MBA from the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma.
