The breed of the dog is not the issue the nature of the dog is the problem. These dogs have been vicious ever since the neighbors got them. They have escaped from the fence numerous times and I have called animal control on several occasion's with the fear of them hurting someone. We back up to a very popular soccer field and I predicted something like this or worse would happen. I am just glad my son Cody Phillips was selfless enough to save the life of this little boy! Cody you are my HERO!!!
