returning to shoot the guy on the ground was definately wrong... the question is... how much should the pharmacist be held accountable for his actions after being put into a life threatening situation by the robber? if the pharmacist had signed a contract during those moments it would be void because he was not of sound mind and body. his decision was definately not moral... however, how far do you hold someone responsible for their actions when by an act of violence they become terrified to the point that they are led to believe that this may be the violent end of their life? it's not an easy question.
