It is a sad, sady day in America when you defend yourself and you are the one who gets victimized yet again by our own court system. <br> <br> And as far as Jeremy's comments go: this guy was a Gulf War veteran, He had PLENTY of training in firearms and the emotions that one undergoes in combat. I haven't seen the video but in the military and in every Concealed Carry class I know of teaches that you continue firing until there is no longer any threat. If the kid didn't pose a threat I can see there being some action taken- but to charge this guy with 1st degree murder after he defended himself and his business by off-ing some low-life street punk is absolutely insane.
