Look the facts stand and some of you idiots who are trying to twist the law might not like it. The first shot was justified ad i agree with that. However, the man left the facility to "chase" the other robber. Upon finding that he could not get him he returned to take "his" form of justice out on the one he shot before. He was not trained to determine if the boy was dead or alive nor did it look like he checked. IF the boy was down and posed no threat then its simple. HE CAME BACK TO GET ANOTHER GUN.....He was thinking and it amazes me that many of you cannot see this. Lets see if you like it when you are incapacitated and someone decides to come back and kick the shyt out of you killing you. Would you think it was justified then. Of cut someone off in traffic and they follow you home and exact their own vigilante justice on you.. See if you will be singing that same tune. I believe in fighting back, but there is a line that need not be crossed.
