Let's think about the idea that this is resulting in one more "scumbag" off of the streets. Are there not other ways to get them off the streets? If someone would take the time and take an interest in our minority youths and what is best for our society I think that would ultimately result in a much more positive outcome. Rather than complaining about these kids, get out there and do something. I feel that if you are not personally working towards solving a problem, you have no basis to complain about it's current status. It is a shame "scumbags" walk the street. It is also a shame that people are so self involved that they refuse to help out a child and prevent that "scumbag" from ever feeling that they have to live that life. (They would rather sit around and complain about it because that is what results in change) From reading your comments below, I don't expect most of you to understand this, just something to think about.
