First let me say that I am an avid second amendment supporter. And a firm believer in defending inocent lives to the fullest. WHat this guy did was excessive. He clearly had enough time to determine if the kid was still a threat but instead he chose to be his jury and executioner. After a shot to the head most if not all people would be rendered incapacitated. This guy is the reason anti-gun quacks get the time of day. This was vigilante ignorance. Yes the kid was a scumbag and the streets are safer now but shooting kid was not the way to accomplish this.
