I have been in his shoes with would be robbers.He may have gone a little overboard according to the law. He does not deserve the same charge as the low lifes who tried to rob him and take away his life and livelihood. The robbers probably have a long criminal record already the pharmacist probably doesn't. I dont think a grand jury will try him and if so I cant see a jury convicting him on murder maybe a lesser charge. He (pharmacist) did not run into a store with intent to rob and murder someone. When you are a criminal and you pick up a gun to do bodily harm for your on gain you put your life at risk and so the responsibility for your actions lies soley on your own head. NOT GUILTY!!
