It does help the average person to know if a home invasion is at the home of an absolutely innocent citizen or if this person has been involved in criminal activity in the past. Past convictions are part of the public record and help us know how to interpret the information about a crime like this, i.e. Are we in danger of this happening to us? etc. Thanks KRMG for being one of the first, if not this first media outlet to disclose this info.
