Cant imagine not knowing how to read or speak the language of the place you live. I did that. It is not easy but my parents in their mid 40's did it and so can everyone else. It will not make it any less dangerous, there are a lot of people out there without licences or insurance. Why is this such a difficult thing for people to get. Learn English it will open up a whole new world for you and your family. You will even get a better job. so you can afford to get insurance and be legal. I am 60 and just got done taking a college Physics class if I can do that surely some of you can learn English, especially if you want to stay here the rest of your life.<br> Thats all.
