No eviction!  Big Splash says rent will be paid.  "The check will be delivered today," says Big Splash owner Loretta Murphy. The comes 9 months after the rent was due to Expo Square in October 2007.  It has been a week of controversy about unpaid rent and an uncashed rent check from 2006 that cost Expo Square's CEO Rick Bjourland his job.  Murphy hopes this can be resolved today. She says the issue is no longer what the water park owes Expo Square but what the fair grounds owes Big Splash from a recently signed sponsorship agreement. Murphy says she is waiting on a $115,000 check from Expo Square.
