(Seattle, WA) -- It's official, the NBA will be in Oklahoma City next year. Seattle and SuperSonics owner Clay Bennett have reached a settlement. Seattle Mayor Greg Nickles says they're already working to get another team.  He says the NBA has assured them that they would get another franchise if they make improvements to Key Arena.  The agreement includes $45million to cover the rent on the remaining two years on the Supersonics lease.
