(Tulsa, Ok) -- Join the good gang. Join the Boy Scouts. That's the theme of this falls' recruitment drive. Bill Haines is Scout Executive and CEO of the Indian Nations Council chapter of Boy Scouts of America.  Currently the Indian Nations Council in Tulsa serves 28-thousand youngsters who are actively participating in the local scout program. More than 6-thousand new scouts are expected to join this fall.  Nationally the Boy Scouts of America has over 4 million members.
