(Oklahoma City, OK) -- The black bear has made a huge comeback in eastern Oklahoma. State Representative Joe Dorman wants it to be legal to hunt them. Efforts by the Rush Springs Democrat to do that during the last legislative session came up short.  Dorman says we do need to practice conservation but some hunting is necessary because the bear population has grown too large.
