(Tulsa, Ok) -- You may get a chance to vote on the five-year street plan after all. District Six Councilor Dennis Troyer says his constitutents convinced him to drop support for the 12-year plan and go for the smaller package. He says the calls started right after last week's vote.  Since Troyer was on the prevailing side last week for the larger street proposal, he must make the motion to reconsider. Any councilor can second. The item is on tonight's council agenda.
