(Tulsa, Ok) -- Theory and conjecture turns into fact. Larry Weatherford with the state health department confirms the Country Cottage restaurant in Locust Grove is directly linked to the deadly E. coli outbreak.  Tests indicate it's likely food was contaminated at the restaurant rather than before it arrived.  The illness has killed one man and left dozens sick including several children who are undergoing dialysis.  A spokeswoman for the restaurant says the owners are distraught and its' not clear if it will open again.
