(Tulsa, OK)-- The preliminary hearing for a murder that shocked Tulsa begins. Prosecutors are presenting evidence to try and show John Kastner should stand trial for killing his wife Lori. Investigators say an elaborate lie Kastner told his family about lucrative jobs in Israel led him to murder when he was about to be discovered as a fraud. While Kastner's wife and three children had all recently obtained passports...necessary for a trip to Israel...a state department security officer testifed John Kastner's passport had expired in 1995, and he had not attempted to renew it. Prosecutors say it shows he was the only one who knew there would be no trip to Israel.
