The number hospitalized because of the outbreak of a food borne illness continues to increase.  The state Health Department now says at least 17 people have been hospitalized and another 40 or more cases are under investigation.  26-year-old Chad Ingle of Pryor died over the weekend related to the outbreak of E. coli like symptoms.  The state health department says health officials have not identified the source but do confirm a large number of people complaining of illness ate at Country Cottage restaurant in Locust Grove.  The health department says the restaurant is cooperating with the investigation.  Test samples have been collected from those with symptoms and sent for testing.
