(Tulsa, OK) -- Tuesday is Ozone Alert day number eight of the year for the Tulsa area. Nancy Graham with the Ozone Alert program says we have had some violations of federal standards seven times this year.  She says we are now eligible to be placed on the so called "Dirty Air" list. Graham says we do have some breathing room and that the earliest the EPA could put us on the list would be two years from now.
