(Tulsa, OK) -- The effort to oust two Tulsa city councilors takes a first step forward. Recall petitions against district three councilor David Patrick and district four representative Eric Gomez are filed in the city clerk's office. If it's determined the petitions are valid, then more signatures will be sought to get the recall questions on a ballot. Those behind the recall effort say a council okay for a controversial homeless housing development is the catalyst that led to the recall drive.
