TULSA, Ok. - It's the last major obstacle to overcome to get a ballpark deal for downtown Tulsa. Following criticism from councilors, several changes are proposed to the trust agreement that will govern stadium overseers. Tulsa Mayor Kathy Taylor's husband, Bill Lobeck, has been deleted as a trustee at his request. The board has been expanded from 5 to 9 members and their terms have been reduced significantly. Smaller downtown property owners are given increased representation and any debt incurred by the trust must be okayed by the council. Those changes answer most of the council concerns. The matter will be taken up at a City Hall meeting this morning.
