(Tulsa, OK) -- Just one plan after all. By a one vote margin, the Tulsa City Council

votes to put a two-billion dollar, 12 year street repair package on a

November fourth ballot. The council had considered adding a

smaller, shorter plan to a vote as well. The mayor is not revealing

how she's leaning and is expected to reveal her decision in the

coming days.
