TULSA, Ok. - Last week's controversial vote could be reversed tonight. Tulsa City Councilor Dennis Troyer appears ready to switch, going from support of the 12-year, $2-billion street package to the smaller 5-year plan. Troyer says after numerous calls from constituents following last week's vote urging that he support the smaller plan, he's decided that's what those in his district want. Since Troyer was on the prevailing side last week, he must make the motion to re-vote to reconsider, then a vote will be taken. Anyone can second it. It appears the vote last week, 5-4, for the larger street package will be changed tonight and will be 5-4 for the smaller package.
