TULSA, Ok. - They're called the "Street Fleet Ambassadors." They will be on downtown streets when the BOK Center opens, to help those going to various events. Volunteer Dixie Horton says it's more than just showing the way to the arena and the parking. "We are to smile and wave and be as helpful as possible. Basically, we are the ambassadors for people who may not be from Tulsa, so, we want to put on a bright, shiny face and get more wonderful people in our town," Horton says. The volunteers have been training this month. They will be out during the first 10 events held at the BOK Center which opens in just over a week.
