CLAREMORE, Okla. (AP) - Rogers County authorities, acting on a tip, have found the remains of a Foyil teenager who has been missing since March 2004.

Darrin Hester, the county sheriff office's chief criminal investigator, says dive teams from the Tulsa Police Department and the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office located the body of Robert Sims in a water-filled quarry at Oologah Lake.

Hester says the unidentified witness told investigators where the remains could be found.

Two men, Eric Brouse of Claremore and Charles Kirk, are being held without bail in connection with the killing of Sims, who was 17 at the time of his disappearance.

Brouse was arrested yesterday, while Kirk already is in jail on an unrelated conviction.

Hester says authorities long had investigated the case but never had named a suspect. He said the witness contacted authorities Wednesday, leading them to the body and connecting Brouse with the killing.
