TULSA, Ok. - AM 740 and FM 102.3 News/Talk KRMG's Steve Berg reports that the parents of Kaitlyn Finnegan are, of course, distraught and what makes it worse for them is all the confusion surrounding the case. They had heard Kaitlyn mention the name, Theo Fleming, but they had never met him until he came to their house to tell them that Kaitlyn had been shot. They didn't find out until later that Fleming is the one that police believe shot her. James and Jeanne Finnegan say they're both numb with shock. Jeanne says, "I don't believe it. I feel like she's just gonna walk through the door and be here with me because it's not fair that she's gone and the person who did it is here." They say Kaitlyn had only known Fleming about a month and don't know of any reason why he would be upset with her. Fleming is being held on a first-degree murder complaint.
