(Tulsa, OK) - The dispute over use of the Tulsa Jail between the City of Tulsa and Tulsa County is almost over.  While the city and county reached a deal back in May, it wasn't approved by county Commissioners until this Monday.  Under the agreement, the city will pay $45 a day for the first 35 municipal inmates.  If 35 city inmates are held for over 24 hours, the rate goes up to $54.13.  The deal received unanimous approval by the commissioners.  It still needs Mayor Taylor's signature but she has indicated she will sign it.
