Tulsa teen laid to rest after shooting

More than 500 friends and family members packed a church Sunday to say goodby to 16-year-old Jacob Barnes.

Barnes was killed shortly after he got off a school bus a little more than a week ago.

Teachers at Memorial High School said Barnes was a gfited student.

His fellow students said he was a friend to everyone.

Just a few hours after his funeral, community members held a vigil at Hawthorne Park to raise awareness about violence among Tulsa teens.
