A man accused of causing a deadly crash in May that killed three people is found in Tulsa this morning.  Charles Strong Junior was arrested near 4th and Garnett Monday morning after what authorities say was a sixth month investigation with few clues.  70-year-old Alfred Hobbs of Coffeyville, Kansas and 15-year-old Kyler Bragg and 44-year-old Amy Blagg of Caney, Kansas all died because of the hit and run.  Oklahoma Highway Patrol Lt. George Brown says the one tip they had, a rare classic vehicle seen leaving the scene of the crash in Nowata County.  "A black '55-'57 Chevy Bel Air with some chrome and we knew there just were not many of those around.  So, up in that area of Nowata there are some car shows very close to that area in Kansas and investigators did a good job chasing those leads back," says Brown.

Investigators say the '55 Chevy Bel Air never made contact but tried to pass a vehicle and caused a head-on collision.  "Three people died because of what this person did and there were some additional circumstances in his actions which lead police to believe he was intoxicated or had been drinking during the time of the collision," says Brown.  Strong was picked up a warrant for three counts of second degree murder and is being held of a $500,000 bond while he awaits extradition to Nowata County.
