(Tulsa, OK) - A nine month old boy nearly drowns Wednesday morning and officials say the prospects for survival do not look good.  It happened at the Yacht Club Apartments at 51^st and Toledo.  Tulsa District Fire Chief Bill French says the boy's mother told authorities her 19 month old was in the shower while she was doing dishes and when she went to the bathroom to check, she found the 9 month old on the floor, outside of the bathtub, lifeless and in a puddle of water.  She took the child to the apartment manager's office.  That's where paramedics attempted to revive the infant.  Those attempts continued all the way to St. Francis Hospital and for about 15 minutes at the hospital.  French says he talked with one of their paramedics that made the trip and says he was told "It did not look good for the child."
