(Boynton, Ok)--The Muskogee County Sheriff's Office is treating the discovery of a man's body in a home west of Boynton as a "possible homicide". The man in his 50s was found Thursday dead on the floor of the home. A member of his family, who had tried for days to contact the man, broke into the home and made the discovery. Deputies were gathering evidence from the scene after learning the victim had made a number of complaints about break-ins over the last couple of months.
