TULSA, Ok. - Tulsa Police make a pot bust after a driver is stopped for running a stop sign. The officer spotted the violation around eight last night near East Independence Street and North Peoria. Tulsa Police Corporal Pat Harker says, "Walked up to the truck that he thought was possibly stolen, found 6 duffel full of marijuana." Harker says, after the driver gave consent for the search, 350 pounds of pot was found inside the truck. He says the suspect who was arrested and booked into jail was identified as Andrew Alvarado (shown).
