Sat, Aug 5, 2017 — An Amber Alert has been issued by the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office.

KRMG's told a judge removed the parental rights of Tara Springfield and Bryant Schivers Jr. on Friday. When deputies went to take custody of Bracie Shivers, who is 1 1/2 years old, the parents and the child were unable to be located.

They are believed to be driving a 2011 white Chevrolet C 15 pickup, with Oklahoma tag BQQ-657.

“Both suspects are known to be heavy substance abusers,” sheriff’s office said.  “Authorities believe that the victim is in immediate danger or death.”
