Tulsa, Okla. — The same person or group may be responsible for a string of cell phone store burglaries. Tulsa police say there have been nearly a dozen break-ins dating back to the end of December, with even more reported around this time a year ago. Roshawn Banks was arrested, but got out of jail on a 10-year suspended sentence. We're told Banks had pleaded guilty to several burglary counts.
