Tulsa, Okla. — An overnight fire destroys a duplex near 15th and Garnett.

Tulsa firefighters found an occupant down in the back yard due to smoke.

She was taken to the hospital around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.

We're told structural damage is about $90,000.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
