Oklahoma newspaper receives threat, man in custody

A 41-year-old man was taken into custody this week in Oklahoma City after allegedly making threats against the Oklahoman.

Investigators report the threats arrived on Monday over voicemail. Robert Brewer is accused of threatening to kill by use of explosive.

Newsok.com reports Brewer is also accused of threatening the office of Oklahoma County District Judge Cindy Truong back in September.

A motive for the threats hasn’t been released.

This isn’t the first time Brewer has had issues with the law.  He’s already been put on probation for a stalking charge back in 2013.
