Tulsans have a mystery on their hands.

Several residents reported a mysterious smell Monday night circulating around the city.  They described a similar burning rubber or gasoline stench.

KRMG reached out to Oklahoma Natural Gas and Tulsa fire officials, but they were unable to give an explanation for the stink. Officials at area refineries are looking into whether their facilities could be behind the mystery.
