Fire investigators respond to the scene of a duplex fire west of downtown Tulsa.
Smoke and flames were reported coming from a duplex just west of the Inner Dispersal Loop on North Rosedale about 10:45 p.m. Tuesday.
Two women living on one side of the duplex escaped after they were awakened by dogs barking.
We're told a smoke detector inside the residence was not working.
Investigators say the fire had spread from an outside porch to the attic.
The occupants of the other side of the duplex were not home at the time of the fire.
No one was injured.
