An apparent attack on patrons of a downtown Tulsa nightclub by several employees has led to a lawsuit.

Video of the incident obtained by KRMG shows two men being beaten, both inside and outside, as they were forcibly ejected from an apparently empty club.

Time code embedded in the video indicates the incident happened September 7, 2014 a little before 1:00 a.m.

People identified in court documents as bouncers at Legend's Dance Hall and Saloon, LLC attacked the plaintiffs, according to the lawsuit.

It claims their actions were "unprovoked and caused severe and permanent injuries to the Plaintiffs."

The video does show what appears to be a chokehold by an employee on one man, and after the fight moves outside, a man wearing a t-shirt labeled "Security" is seen handling a man very roughly, basically dragging him along the ground then flipping him violently onto the sidewalk.

The lawsuit seeks actual damages in excess of $75,000 with interest, punitive damages in excess of $75,000, attorney fees, and "all other relief deemed appropriate by this court."

It alleges that Legends and Blue Ox Dining, LLC employed the men knowing they were potentially violent and were untrained.
