A 26-year-old Skiatook man is facing ten counts in federal court, accused of making threats toward federal law enforcement.

Prosecutors allege that Logan Christopher Murfin made several posts on social media, calling for the assault and murder of ICE agents.

They allege that he stated federal agents need to be gunned down, shot, and executed and that he encouraged people to stay armed and kill agents on sight because they don’t deserve to live.

Murfin has been indicted on five counts of Threatening to Assault and Murder Federal Law Enforcement Officers with Intent to Impede, Intimidate, Interfere, and Retaliate; and five counts of Interstate Communication with a Threat to Injure.
