TULSA, Okla. — Two men have been charged with first-degree murder in connection with a drive-by shooting last month in Tulsa.
On Dec. 12, 2025, at around 9 p.m., Tulsa Police responded to a shooting at a home near 50th St North and North Boulder Avenue.
After arriving on scene, officers learned that the shooting victim, identified as 35-year-old Marvin Arnett, had already been taken to the hospital. TPD said Arnett died from his injuries.

Homicide detectives identified 23-year-old Darren Allen as the driver and 22-year-old Edward Lane as the shooterin the case, according to TPD.
On Tuesday, TPD’s Fugitive Warrants Unit found Allen and Lane and arrested them. They were both booked into the Tulsa County jail for first-degree murder.

Police said the investigation into the homicide is still ongoing.
Allen appeared in court on Monday for a hearing where he pleaded not guilty and his bond was set at $1 million. Allen’s next court appearance is scheduled for March 6. Lane’s bond hearing was moved to Thursday.
